Shelah has been in this industry since 2001, she left high school and immediately pursued her career. She found her biggest passion to do hair and makeup for movies, TV, and Theatre. She put all that on hold to raise 3 amazing kids, nurture a wonderful marriage, and find the beauty in everyone she meets. Shelah uses her empathic skills to talk, listen, and make everyone feel as good INSIDE as she does on the outside. She loves being in and around any body of water, traveling, camping, coffee, deep conversation, and laughter. She is quick with wit, laughter, and the intention that everyone feels better walking out, than they did when they walked in. She named her salon OUTSPOKEN for a reason. She likes to ensure everyone gets a voice and if they are too timid, she will lend her voice to assist them.

Alisha is a young mom who despite her timid overtone, takes everything she can at full force- and that includes skin care. Alisha prides herself in her love for the ever expanding beauty industry and making it understandable for her clients, and believes skin care shouldn’t be overwhelming.
